What is RSS?
RSS is an easy way of reading new articles on the site without having to visit it. Many sites like BBC News publish an RSS feed (also known as an XML or Atom feed) which news reader software can subscribe to, and inform you of an update.
Recommended news readers are FeedDemon for Windows or NetNewsWire for Mac.
